The facility is spread over a 40,000 sq.ft and located in south Bangalore center to Electronics and IT Industries.

 >> Processing units for flame and dry-adhesivelamination.
 >> Tooling, Die cutting, Splitting and Sampling.
 >> Products produced at Unipack is finished by various special processes at Polytec.
 >> Computer & Laptop Packaging.

We do the following tests – TESTING FACILITIES in our, in house facility.

1. Density testing
2. Compression testing
3. Tensile testing
4. Surface restivity
5. Adhesive testing
6. Drop test of packages based on customer request
7. Design of packing with outer cartons.

We follow IS and ASTM depending on customer specs. For specific tests like RoHS and chemical or technical specific test we get outside support from agencies such as SGS. & TUV.
